Please Note- as a small business, we are unable to offer refunds for workshop bookings, as staff and materials are scheduled in advance. However, we are happy to reschedule your workshop at no additional cost.
We do require reservations If you have a large group. Send us a message and we can reserve your group’s spot with a $45 reservation fee.
FAQ
Where are the candle workshops located? All of the candle workshops are at our store located in the heart of downtown Cibolo. We are located at 209 S Main St in Cibolo, TX next to 1911 Cigars and across from City Hall.
Do I have to book to reserve a spot or can I drop in? If you have a group of 4 or less, you can drop in and make a candle anytime we are open without a reservation at our NEW candle bar. You receive a free drink with your ticket, and the cost is $40 per person as this is an expedited experience with less steps. The candle bar experience is great for those who have busy schedules or are pressed on time. It only takes 1 hour or less to make your candle at our candle bar.
Is the workshop price per person? Yes, the workshop price is $45 plus tax per person. You will receive all of the supplies you need to make a full-sized candle in a fun environment with helpful instructors.
How long is the class? The class is 1.5-2 hours in duration.
Can I bring my own snacks, wine beer, non-alcoholic drinks? Yes! We encourage you to BYOB however, we do provide snacks, drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages in our themed workshops.
How many people can you accommodate? We can accommodate a max of 17 people and a minimum of 2.
What do you provide? The space, the vibe, and all the supplies you need to make your candle. If you are taking a specialty themed class, wine, snacks, and drinks are provided.
What do we bring? You are more than welcome to bring your favorite beverage (wine, beer, whatever) and any snacks that you would like.
Can I bring my candle home the same day? Yes! Your candle will be ready to bring home with you after class. You should wait 24 hours before burning the candle.
Do you host private parties? Yes! We host private parties and can even book you outside of the options listed here. We host birthday parties, corporate events, homeschool groups, bachelorette parties, and more! Please call or send us a message for more details.
Group Reservations
If you have a group that would like to reserve a class, please send us a message at yellowrosecandleco@yahoo.com or through the website with the “contact us” option. We can reserve your spot with a $45 deposit. The deposit will be fully refundable within a 24 hour cancellation period. Otherwise the deposit goes towards your ticket to the class.
